Chakra - a Sanskrit word literally meaning wheel. Our body has 7 main chakras which are wheels of energy, all working to their own vibrational frequency but all connected to each other as well as our physical and emotional selves. The chakras start from the base of the spine and go to the crown of our head. Each chakra relates itself to various body organs as well as our physical and emotional states of being. When the energy is flowing freely we are in balance with life, physically and mentally we feel 100%.

Our chakras act like filters, they absorb and filter energy not only what we emit via our thoughts and actions, but from those around us too. They also are affected by the toxins in the environment be they in the air, our food or in the water. These stressors can lead to blockages in the energy flow which may result in emotional & physical illness, at the very least a sense of being mentally and emotionally out of balance.

We have created our Chakra Rollerball Collection with 100% Pure Essential Oils & Organic Jojoba Oil to help keep these energies flowing & balanced. You can use them as a standard Rollerball Perfume or use them with more of a healing aspect in mind, picking more specifically for you dependent on which chakra you feel you need more help, healing & balance with. 1. BASE Chakra

Associated with the colour red & the element earth, located at the base of our spine. It is our foundational chakra. Where we feel grounded, physically & emotionally secure, courageous, patient, confident, financially and emotionally independent, connected to the world around us. Physically it is associated with our legs, feet, bones, large intestine, kidneys and adrenal glands. When we are out of balance we can procrastinate, be fearful, insecure, have low self esteem, confusion, hatred of self, paranoid, defensive in action, no sense of direction or purpose in life, feel out of touch with reality.

1. SACRAL Chakra
   Associated with the colour orange & the element water, located slightly below the naval (belly button). It is associated with our artistic expression, problem solving, having a healthy sexual desire, procreation, creativity, positivity. Physically it is associated with our reproductive organs, as well as prostate, kidneys & bladder. When we are out of balance it may show as us being compulsive, fear of sexual or emotional intimacy, lust, obsessive behaviour, even manipulative, needy behaviour or signs of withdrawal.

1. SOLAR PLEXUS Chakra
   Associated with the colour yellow & the element fire as well as the sun, located just above the navel (belly button). Its associated with our ambition, responsibility of self, laughter, joy, sensitivity, ambition, confidence, independence, our ability to form our own opinions and beliefs, putting plans into action, satisfaction with life, happy, peaceful. Physically its associated with our digestive system, muscles, pancreas, adrenals, liver and lungs. When we are out of balance it may show as low self esteem, anxiety, depression, feeling helpless, lack of purpose or direction, unresolved guilt from past, excessive control of others and your environment, shyness, obsessed by the details, losing sight of the bigger picture, poor appetite, digestive ailments, lack of organisation, overeating, excessive laziness.

1. HEART Chakra
   Associated with the colour green & the element air, located in the centre of our chest where our heart lies. Connecting the earthly chakras below with the more spiritual chakras above. Physically it is associated with our lungs, heart, arms, hands, thymus gland, hormone production and regulation of the immune system. When we are in balance we feel love - for oneself and others, compassion, harmony, peace, empathy, we have healthy relationships, acceptance of change & others, forgiveness, ability to grieve and to be able to reach peace, integration and connection to all around you, able to give and receive freely, an openness to all. Physically associated with our neck, shoulders, arms, hands, thyroid & parathyroid glands, ears, mouth, jaw and tongue. When in balance we see things clearly, make decisions with a sense of neutrality, our logical and creative thinking is integrated/balanced, highly focused i.e. know the difference between dreams and reality, self reflect without judgement, trust in your intuition.
