Castor oil is a thicker oil that penetrates deeply into the skin taking nutrients within, helping to protect your skin against harsh weather conditions, balancing an oily skin and hydrating a dry skin. Pomegranate, a native plant of Northern Africa, written about in 1552 BC in Egyptian Ebers Papyrus (the oldest and most important medical document yet recovered). It was used for arthritis, circulation disorders, viruses and digestive problems.

Studies by American Association for Cancer Research and South Dakota State University showed that its use inhibited growth of skin tumors as well as a 70% lower incidence of tumors and the tumors that were present were smaller than those who didn’t receive the pomegranate extract.
